White Chicken

Seasoned with savoury soy sauce, white chicken is a variation of so-called “Dak Gangjung,” a popular sweet and spicy chicken dish made with gochujang(chilli paste). The ginger juice and finely minced garlic flavour the chicken, while the batter made from potato starch enhances the crispy texture.
One of the secrets to a delicious white chicken is to deep-fry the chicken twice for extra crispiness. Deep-fried kkwari chilli (wrinkled chilli) and sliced leek add freshness to the finished dish.
