The light clean taste of tofu and the spicy flavour of kimchi and pork come together in this dish. Older, sour kimchi is preferred here over a fresh kimchi.
Stir-frying it with pork creates a succulent and delicious topping for the tofu. Tofu kimchi can be a great main dish, but it is also a popular anju (bar snack). It goes especially well with a bottle of makgeolli (Korean rice wine).
