Characteristic bibigo Crispy Dumplings filled with pork and vegetable, - Great for the whole family - Flat shape easy cooking - Low sodium
Cooking Directions
1. Pour 3~4 table spoons of cooking oil into medium-high heated frying pan.
2. Put 10~12(2portions) frozen dumplings flat side up and fry the convex side first.
3. Flip them over and lightly press the dumplings until they turn golden brown.
(It takes approximately 4~5 minutes over meduum-high heat)
4. Serve with soy sauce with added vinegar or any of you favourite dipping e.g. sweet chilli, ketchup etc
Other Notes Do not fry dumplings on low heat for a long time. This will make the vegetables inside turn dark and lose their flavour.
