Characteristic It is made of gochujang (chilli paste) and a great mix of assorted condiments. Oligosaccharides, vinegar, lemon juice, onions, garlic, and sesame seeds are added to gochujang for a sweet and sour flavour. This goes well with raw fish or vegetable sticks as a dip.
Cooking Directions
Soften the fishy taste in seafood by using Vinegared Red Chilli Sauce as a dipping for sashimi, oysters or squid
Other Notes Use as a dipping sauce for seafoods or to dress vegetables e.g. broccoli.
